Luxury relaxing sea view villa Upperhouse

Be aware [ act of scam ] Negative: They took $310 from me and I did not benefit from staying in this place. I took tickets from Malaysia to Bali with four of my friends, and I chose this villa to stay there. When I searched for the location of the villa, I found that it was very far from the city center, 4 hours from the airport. I contacted the villa staff and asked them why they did not mention that the villa is very far from the city center. They just apologized without providing an explanation. I did not like this, because transportation alone would cost me a lot. I asked them to refund me the price of the villa or compensate me by staying in a nearby place. They did not respond to the request. Then I suggested that they take the price of one night and return the rest. They also refused. Then I asked them to postpone my stay in the villa until the middle of May or close to that time. They also refused. Because of them, I wasted my opportunity to go to Bali. Because of them, they ruined my entire trip with my friends. I consider this act a scam and I cannot accept it.

Positive: 民宿服务好，住宿位置太偏，周边没有公共交通设施，只有二家小餐馆，就餐不方便，离景点路程远，印尼交通非常差，到海神庙要4小时左右车程，去机场要准备6小时左右车程

Positive: La maison est super confortable et très propre. Le personnel est adorable et a été aux petits soins pour nous tout au long de notre séjour La piscine, avec vue sur la mer est magnifique.

Großzügiges Haus, ideal für Freunde und Familien. Positive: Großzügiges 3-Schlafzimmer-Haus mit Klimaanlage und Internet. Sehr freundliches Personal und ein sauberer Pool. Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Restaurant mit Karaoke-Bar, das uns sehr viel Spaß gemacht hat. Negative: Leider war die Klimaanlage in einem Schlafzimmer nicht so kalt wie in den anderen. Während des Aufenthalts konnte das Problem leider nicht behoben werden.
